The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for the Service Department within a busy main dealer environment. You will be accountable for delivering volume and profit targets, maximising departmental productivity, and identifying opportunities to innovate and continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a large team of technicians and aftersales staff
  • Reviewing departmental performance and agreeing actions to drive improvement
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing warranty processes and administration
  • Driving efficiency and profitability across all aftersales operations

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and confident leading teams in a fast‑paced environment, with a clear ability to inspire and support others.

About You

  • A strong team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Self‑motivated, dedicated, and tenacious
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating teams
  • Confident managing a large technical workforce
  • Previous experience with warranty administration and Kerridge systems
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealer environment
