About the Role
Our client is seeking a Parts Advisor – Mobile Service to support a team of Mobile Service Technicians across the Bristol area. Reporting to the Mobile Service Manager, you will ensure technicians receive the correct parts for each job, manage returns, maintain accurate stock levels, and oversee impress stock on vans. You will also provide excellent customer service and assist with general parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Mobile Service Technicians receive all required parts efficiently
Process and return unused or used parts accurately
Maintain correct pricing and stock levels
Monitor and replenish impress stock within service vans
Keep all paper and electronic records accurate and up to date
Support customers and technicians with parts queries
Identify opportunities to promote parts and accessories
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company values
About You
Previous Parts Advisor experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
12 months’ experience using Keyloop (desirable)
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in selling or customer‑focused environments
Kerridge experience beneficial but not essential
Able to commute within the Bristol area
Eligible to work in the UK
