About the Role
Our client, a leading organisation within the automotive retail sector, is expanding and seeking a motivated Transaction Manager to join their high‑performing sales operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting a busy sales team while delivering an exceptional customer journey.
As Transaction Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in leading a team of Sales Executives, managing leads, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional performance across sales, finance products, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Lead and support the Sales Team, ensuring efficient enquiry handling and a world‑class customer experience.
✔ Structure customer deals including finance packages, value‑added products, and ensure full FCA compliance.
✔ Drive sales, profitability, and finance penetration through effective process management.
✔ Deliver coaching, guidance, and daily team briefings alongside the Sales Manager and Head of Business.
✔ Build strong supplier relationships and help maximise sales through promotional and marketing initiatives.
✔ Oversee customer payment processes, delivery/collection arrangements, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in their purchase.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Controller within the Automotive or Retail sector
• Background working in fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environments
• Experience managing busy sales teams
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

Interest or familiarity with motorcycles
FCA accreditation
