Salary: £40,000 + bonus – OTE £65,000 + Company Car
One of the UK’s premier independently owned, family-run car retailer groups, is in search of an accomplished Used Car Sales Manager for their dealership in High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities:
– You will be part of a strong leadership team responsible for setting and driving the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales.
– Full accountability for the used car Profit and Loss performance.
– Lead the monitoring and delivery of all operational used car commercial objectives, policies, and standards, taking responsibility for improving sales volume.
– Heavily involved in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and vehicle presentation, driving the professionalism and performance of the department.

The ideal candidate for the Used Sales Manager position will possess:
