Job Title: Experienced Service Advisor (Car Dealership)

Location: Scarborough

Salary: Up To £25,000 (depending on experience) + upselling and customer service bonus – OTE of up to £40,000 + Benefits

Full Time and Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am-6.00 pm (1-hour lunch) and alternate Saturdays 8.00 am-12.00 pm

As a Service Advisor, you'll ensure exceptional customer service, efficient reception, and seamless workshop coordination. Help maintain our high-quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
• Record accurate customer/vehicle details and work descriptions
• Coordinate with Workshop team on vehicle progress
• Communicate delays and manage customer expectations
• Maintain the Workshop loading system and handle invoices
• Address customer queries and complaints
• Collaborate with Service Manager to optimise workshop efficiency
• Ensure accurate recording of Warranty information
• Liaise with Parts Department for parts orders
• Support achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Motor Trade experience is required
• Effective communication skills
• Previous selling/customer service exposure
• Full UK driving license
