Role Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Development: Support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse and interpret sales data to develop strategies for improving key performance metrics.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance and drive customer care standards by coaching the sales team.
- Target Achievement: Responsible for delivering volume and gross profit targets.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Customer Rapport: Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Automotive Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Controller or higher within the automotive sector is essential.

- Commercial Vehicle Expertise: Business or Sales Manager experience in a dedicated commercial vehicle environment is required.
